My Custodian Asked for Statements — What Do I Send Them?

Here’s the important part:
Avestor does not provide third-party viewer access to investor accounts.
Custodians cannot log in to see your dashboard.
But don’t worry — they don’t actually need access.
They simply need documentation.
What Your Custodian Is Really Asking For
Most custodians need:
- Your latest account statement
- A distribution notice (if funds were sent)
- Confirmation of invested capital and earnings
All of this is already inside your investor portal.
How to Pull It (Takes 2 Minutes)
- Log into your Avestor account
- Go to Documents or Statements
- Download the latest account statement (PDF)
- Email that PDF directly to your custodian
That’s it.
No shared logins.
No special permissions.
No waiting on approvals.
You are simply forwarding an official statement they can use for their records.
